Well, what more can I say but NJ ticks all the boxes you want from an extension provider.
1# Probably the most important is decent extensions. Daniel & Co. know how to code and more importantly than that, they know how to code well which is what you really want from an extension
2# Second point has to be with the support/forum/community. I have only asked a few queries but all have been answered to an above satisfactory standard in the reply itself as well as timing.
Everyone here has that 'Open Source Spirit' which is basically the friendly, warm and open qualities that other members and the staff have, a very decisive plus for any current/new member
3# Updates, another valid point to consider. I see updates all the times for extensions and even some are rewritten (or the possibility of rewritten if requested) to new or update platforms. Well, what more can you ask for.
4# Design. When you are visiting a site which has quality products, I love to see a quality facilitator of the products, in this case, the website itself. Daniel has spent an incredible amount of time making the site beautiful in its design and an easy and well thought out infrastructure to allow for easy navigation. As a customer, you want to be able to access your produce and/or services as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is implement on this site.
To conclude, I rate NJ extremely high and high praise from myself doesn't come lightly.

The support I have received from NinJoomla has been way more than I ever expected. And the extensions are ones that you will want and your competition will envy. All in all they have the coolest extensions on the net for Joomla. And most developers do not go the extra mile that I have received here. I've tried to use joomla in the past, but i was always missing something. I never quite got it until the other day....and now i am off and running. My previous experience has been with Nuke-Evolution / Drupal / SMF. So working with joomla is new and exciting (finally) but i also have some great tools to throw in with my new site (NINJA MODS)I didn't see too many posts thanking you guys for your work, so here is one. You have alot of good mods here. Easy to use, easy to understand....finally a dev team focused on simplicity instead of total confusion.If you do not have any Ninja mods on your site...you are missing out!

On a personal note, I must say I'm very pleased with NinjaForge and the team. I was a little put off having to pay monthly membership for support. But frankly their support is second to none and well worth it. Plus the modules are pretty spiffing as well.
