NinjaSlide
Ninja Slide

NinjaSlide allows you to place your modules in a tabbed pane.

You can display as many modules as you like, in as many tabbed panes as you like, each of which can be styled individually to suit your needs.

NinjaSlide has been created to save you valuable realestate on your website aswell as provide a better experience for your members.

With the up coming opening of NinjaTheme, with each new template a new style will be released for NinjaSlide to match.

NinjaSlide is built using NoobSlide - a brilliant mootools based script from efectorelativo.net

Usage instructions

NinjaSlide is very simple to setup:

  • Install this module
  • Input the module ids you wish to display
  • Choose the Style you wish to use.
  • Enter your Desired Width and Height.
  • Finally Publish the module.

if you wish to set up your own style, we have included a custom.css file that you can edit, you can find it here - modules/mod_ninjaslide/resources/styles/custom/

Advanced Usage

Can I use the module class suffixes to affect the display?
Yes you can use module class suffixes to affect the module output

Can I load multiple modules on the one page?
Yes you can, simply copy the module, make sure you turn off loading js and mootools, if you are using more than one.

Trouble Shooting

I see a blank white screen when I turn on force validation.

The functions we need to use in order to provide valid XHTML and CSS in Joomla 1.0 are quite sensitive and if your website has any php errors these functions will fail leaving you with the blanks white screen.

We suggest you either fix the php errors, or turn off HXTML/CSS validation. This will unfortunately mean the module is no longer HTML or CSS valid, but it will work.
