We place as much emphasis on ingenuity, creativity and originality as we do on experience and qualifications, though that latter certainly don't hurt.
If you are interested, contact us today and outline any ideas you have for improving our extensions or new extensions and how you are going to implement them.
If your ideas are good enough then we will give you a trial by funding the development of your idea(s) and see how you perform.
If things work out then we will talk further.
We pay our developers primarily a fixed salary on a monthly basis. This amount however is set by the employees themselves, by taking into consideration the amount of time they can work, their skill levels, experience, and more importantly, the amount they intend to contribute to the community.
