Are there any instruction available for this module? Does the tracking coded need to be inserted into the site's HTML template or does this get done to every page dynamically by the module. I've tried various combinations, but my site does not get tracked.
Sorry if this issue has been covered in other posts, but I can't seem to find any information on the the site.
Thanks

Hi Deano,
Have you got the module published on every page of your site? Have you filled in all the parameter fields for it? Do you have a clicky account? (silly question probably)
Also, can we get the link for the site so we can see if hte code is being loaded correctly?
Hi Daniel
Yep, got an account, published the module on every page(I currently also have the tracking script at the bottom of my template file too. Will this cause a conflict? It wasn't working without it either)and filled the parameters with the details provided by get clicky. My site is: swsixteen.com. I can create an admin account for you and PM you the details if you want to look at the backend.
Thanks for the speedy response, it's refreshing to get prompt feedback from a forum, especially when you're not a paying member.
PS I'll be happy to make a dontation to the site or upgrade my membership if I can get this sorted ASAP.:)
Hi Deano,
doesnt appear to be published from the source code. could you drop me a pm with the details
Thanks
Richie
I can see the code you inserted into the template, but I can't see the get clicky code from our module.
Have you published the module in a visible module position?
Turn the title on and see if you can see the title.
An account would be great thanks. Much easier to test than to guess. ;)
I better hurry and fix this then if you will upgrade!
I had this published in the debug module area, but I've now repositioned it at the top module of the template, which appears on every page.
Only just done this so not sure if its made any difference yet
Have PMd login details to yourself and Richie yesterday and again to you today. Please let me know if you get them.

I got them and checked it out.
Once I moved it to the right module position it appeared fine.
Does your template even have a top or debug module position?
Also, when entering the name of the JS, don't put the .js extension, it get's added automatically.
Hi Daniel
Thanks for the help. Stats are showing now. The template does have a top and debug module position, but as it's working fine in the position you've used I'll leave it there.
For the record, does the tracking code need to be inserted into the template or does the module negate the need for this? May be a stupid question but I'm very much a newbie at setting up websites.
Looking forward to using more of your components and tutorials with my new membership.
I'll be sure to mention your sterling service in my review of this module.
Best wishes
D
Hi deano,
Glad you got it working.
To answer your question; yes, ninja clicky negates the need to put the clicky js in your template.
The only stupid question is the one not asked! :)
Please don't hesitate to ask when you aren't sure about anything at all to do with Joomla.
Like Mark said any question is fine.
We understand that everyone is a newbie at some point. No one was born knowing about Joomla ;)
The module will put your tracking code in yes, just make sure it is published on all pages you want to track.
Great that it's working!
By the way, the review you mentioned would be greatly appreciated.
You can either post one on our site if you look at the bottom of the community menu at the Customer Testimonials link.
Or you can put one on the JED.
Thanks a ton!
