INtegration with RSS Graffiti (Facebook)

Ninja RSS does not physically output an xml file but rather a complete feedlink which is instantly created from auto generated xml file (I hope I explain this well).
However the "xml" output is viewable in the source code of your browser.
Especially when you use Google Chrome, you can click the "feed" link in the right upper corner to view the RSS source.

I did some investigation on how RSS Graffiti for Facebook works.
If I understood correctly, you need a valid RSS feed URL or a link to a valid XML for the Publishing Plan.
Now, you can simply copy the link from the feed created with Ninja RSS and fill it out in RSS Graffiti.

You can use the feed link displayed in the Ninja RSS component settings (under Feeds) to copy over.

For instance:

http://my_domain.com/index.php?option=com_ninjarsssyndicator&feed_id=1&format=raw

I've tested it with RSS Graffiiti and it works just fine.

Hi Juan,

In some cases it might not work when a feed is not valid or not correctly parsed or if it's containing errors.

These errors and everything else that could stop the feed from parsing correctly, can be caused not only by a feed creator (such as Ninja RSS) but also by specific elements/items in the articles themselves.

To make sure your feed is valid, let it check by the famous Feed Validator.
I've checked your first feed over there (as you can see when you click the link), and it seems to be not valid at all.

You have to follow the recommendations (marked yellow) to solve the errors in your feed.
I guess that the biggest culprit here is the small pieces of javascript that are included in the articles.

Try to narrow this down and then try to recreate the feed again.
And before copying it to RSS Graffiti, check it first with the Feed Validator to be sure it's valid.
If the feed is valid then it should work with every common feed reader.

I'm not sure what you mean.

1) Do you want to show the Ninja RSS button on RSS Graffiti?

- This is not possible because RSS Graffiti only reeds the actual feed-link from Ninja RSS.

2) Do you want to show the RSS feed icon from RSS Graffiti on Facebook?

- In this case you must refer to the documentation of RSS Graffiti (and probably Facebook's documentation).
