I can't find any information on your site - after I login to my "account" - that refers to what I am being automatically billed through Paypal for each month. It's a $7 a month charge but I have no idea why. As far as I know, I do not use any of your extensions, but even if I did, I can't find a "product" you offer that costs $7 a month. I went into Paypal and cancelled the "subscription" for NinjaForge last month, but here I am getting charged again. Why???
And to top it all off, I don't recall using any of your extensions. If I paid to download one, it must not have fit my needs - but I can't imagine agreeing to pay $7 a month indefinitely for any extensions. However, I've been paying you $7 a month since July 14 this year.
Please rectify this as soon as possible.
