Joomla 1.7 support etc

Hi, iwas trying to find answers for update policy but didn´t found anything?
Only few of your extensions are compatible with current 1.7 Joomla and i think it is a shame because with paid membership we should get support and updates for extensions and that should include new versions too.

Example.. We have used your extensions with our customers sites and we need to upgrade those to this century. Now have lot of unneeded work because we have to find or make alternatives to your extensions. We need to move some of our clients to 1.7 because we can´t wait 2.5 with everybody (There are too little time to upgrade everyone from 1.5 to 2.5 (it is easier to update from 1.7 to 2.5)).

Aso, do you have any information of your upgrade policy when 2.5 is launched (feb 2012)?

And maybe i sound like an asshole but i´m not.. Your extensions are really great and i used to love those.. Only problem is that time has gone by.

My Gold sub expires in eight days and I have been waiting since 1.7 came out for updates. All my sites now are 1.7 or 2.5. I don't mind waiting, but can't you grant subscribers an extension to their subs to cover this long development time?

Which means we're STILL waiting. I renewed my membership on the promise that updated versions were on the horizon. That still hasn't happened.

I agree with allfive. Your subscribers at the very least deserve an extended subscription, if not also a discount for continuing to be a customer in the first place.

So another month goes by and still promises go unfilled.

Any updates on this? Ive been waiting to update this on my site but it has postponed my update big time and my subscription has ran out during this wait.

So this update is only for 1.7? Most of the templates are now 2.5 feel like it is so behind by the time I wait for 2.5 to release it will be a newer 3.0+ coming out. I am not trying to be difficult, just dont like updating templates more than I have to,the 1.7 and then 2.5 when yall come out with that. I would prefer to be more effeicent and just do the job once, is there a 2.5 update coming soon after? Trying to find out what I can do as this the clog in my wheel for updating my site. Thanks for all your help.

I contacted the email that Daniel said to contact about getting me squared up on this. My gold memebership ran out waiting on this update for months and months and im trying to get it settled up. Please let me know what I need to do on this:

I sent the email a month ago. Posted on here on Sept 12th. Still no developments from anyone on this. Starting to think this deal for your customers was just smoke and mirrors. I thought much more of you guys. Please contact me.

I'm only interested in 2.5 extensions at this point and haven't been to your website for quite a while. I see you have now 2.5 extensions available.

What I would like as 2.5 extensions: NinjaXplorer, Slide, Modulizer, RSS to Content, Date.

I notice that other extensions I like are already 2.5: Redirect, RSS Syndicator, Access module and plugin.
