Is Ninjamonials for J1.7 in the works?

We have a client with a Joomla 1.7 site that wants a testimonial extension. We always use Ninjamonials, but it's not currently usable on 1.7. Is a 1.7 compatible version in the works? Any sort of ETA on when it'll be ready?

Hi dti,

As far as I know Ninjamonials will be Joomla 1.7 ready in the future.
Plans are that Ninjamonials is going to have a general make over.
I can't exactly give any ETA on the development but like you said and I can confirm, it is in the works.

I hate to keep asking, but these posts aren't dated so I don't know how long ago you responded, but now that Joomla! 2.5 is out, what is the plan?

But...I'm very sorry, unfortunately we have no solid timeline yet on the plans.
However, the dev team is seriously busy at the moment to make a solid plan on compatibility issues towards Joomla! 2.5.

I'm sure NinjaForge is not alone in not having a timeline in place yet for compatibility with Joomla! 2.5, and I will admit I don't normally get on board with a new Joomla! release this quick, but with community support coming to a close in April (this is February), I will be anxiously awaiting Ninjamonials and other extensions.
