Just installed 1.0.9 stable and was playing around. I have created usergroups in NinjaBoard to match the usergroups I have in Agora and ran the converter. It spins for a bout a second then shows the import icons again. When I test I still have the original sample content.
Not sure if there is something specific I need to do regarding the Agora usergroups and setting up equivalents in NB.
