Install does not finish -> empty pages

Hi,

I'm trying to install NinjaJournal, but the installation doesn't seem to finish and keeps checking for additional packages to install. I do have a NinjaJournal entry in the components menu, but all possible submenu items give empty pages, no buttons to add projects or whatever.

Using Joomla 1.5.20.

Please see attached files.

How can I solve this?

So, now I have icons, but when clicking any one of the items of NinjaJournal, I get the following error:

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01C3A3AD

I've tried uninstalling all and try again.. still the same..

Ah you're on windows?

If so, try this: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=28929

That should solve it, let me know if it don't.
