Any discussion on the announcement at the top can go here please.

There is also another benefit of using the forum that you missed off dan, and perhaps a big reason why more people should use it.

It will save you (the customer) money.

Think about it if you pay for a one off fix/install you get exactly that, a ONE OFF fix/install

If its in the forum you can do it yourself for FREE and if you come across the same issue again you can fix it again for FREE.
