Can't download IE De-Griefer

Why is it I can't get IE De-Griefer? :(
I have logged out, cleared my browsers cache, several times.
Then I've logged back in and still, every time I try to download this file, I get sent to the subscription page.
My Silver subscription has been paid but yet I still can't access the extension I really need.
Can someone help, Please!:S
