I purchased one of your extensions last week and cannot get the product to install without 500 errors. I posted on the forum last week and have not heard one word. How do you support the products you sell?? I have been happy with your products in the past, but very disappointed right now. Please tell me how to receive support for Ninjajournal.

Hi Sondra,

You're in the right place, sometimes when things get super busy support response may take longer than usual.
Right now it's less than two weeks until I'm speaking at Joomla! day sweden, so I've been very busy preparing for that.

Hi Sondra,
I went overseas on a four day vacation and wasn't able to find time to come online while away.

The developers don't usually visit the forum (keeps them focused) without a request from me and since I was away, you were on your own for four days.

This was poor planning on my part.

Sorry about that.
