ShadowPanel worked one time then stopped

Hi,

I installed both shadowbox and shadowpanel this evening to display a Fabrik Form in a popup. Accepting all the defaults, the module displayed the first time correctly. Immediately afterwards, nothing shows in the popup but a white screen. I have been all over the forum looking for a resolution and have tried many suggestions, but nothing appears to work. I am using a RocketTheme template with a RokBox plugin installed but the Popup that it managed is not longer working either. Suggestions????

Could you please post a link to your site. It's difficult to pinpoint the problem without taking a look.

The link for the shadowpanel is on the left and the link to the Rokbox Popup is further down where it says More Information. (not that this is your problem, just wondering if it is what is causing the conflict)

Sorry Sondra, but I neither see a shadowbox link on that page, nor is the Ninja Shadowbox module published there.

Also, can I ask why you want to use Ninja Shadowbox when you have rokbox available? Using two of these together can cause trouble and adds to page load times.

Sorry Mark, I had to disable them and find another solution. It was obvious that the Rokbox was going to continue to cause conflicts and I need the rokbox for the popup further in the template, so I had to find another extension to do what I needed.
