[SOLVED] Clicky Button not showing

I installed Clicky on my Joomla Website: www.lilaweb.be

1) I'm not able to get a Clicky Button om my screen. I only see: Ninja Clicky

2) I also expected that, clicking on the button, will bring me to my Dashboard on the Clicky site. Will that be the case?

3) I also have another question:
Last point in the installation manual is saying: Ensure that Ninja Clicky is enabled on all pages (or your info won't be tracked)
--> how should we enable Clicky on every page?

Hi jbott,

1.) The "Ninja Clicky" you are seeing is the module title. I suggest hiding this in the module settings. In the module settings, you will find an option to enable/disable invisible mode. This will toggle the button.

2.) Nope, this is not possible. It will take you to the Clicky site, but you have to log in yourself there. Otherwise anyone would be able to view your dashboard.

3.) Ninja Clicky is a module. Modules need to be published on your site to be visible. In the Joomla Module Manager, you can set whether you want a module to appear on every page of your site, or just the ones you specify. Make sure Ninja Clicky is published to all pages.

Unfortunately not. This is not a shortcoming of our extension, but of the Clicky service.
