Is there any where where I can see a demo(s) of NinjaLoader?

I don't see it on the demo site.

The more demos I can see the better so I have a better visual idea what it does.

Ninja Loader is just a mootools plugin configurable through a Joomla module.
We've only extended it to support multiple instances with different configurations.

The plugin that we based Ninja Loader on is Phatfusions Page Loader.

Take a look at their demo page, phatfusion: page loader and you'll see how it works on the frontend :)
