Yup, it's true:
http://www.magentocommerce.com
and there's still no Joomla bridge out there ;)
(at least that I can find)

well, supposedly...although I still haven't had the time to test it. I noticed whilst looking at my Jfusion paramaters on J1.5 that it does indeed have a "bi"(directional) bridge (smirks) for Magento?!....Jfusion however did not work as well as the Rockbridge for my PHPBB3 install so I abandoned Jfusion....but now that "Freeway" seems to be MIA as far as a working Joomla bridge...I went back to VM...using RC2 beta...actually it works better than expected. But from what I hear Magento is da beez kneez.... anywho...I don't have time before launch to try to implement another e-comm solution so ....if you're curious...and you test it...try to let me know.

There is supposed to be a JFusion bridge yes, but the dev was waiting for magento v1 before he finished it. So soon hopefully!
was looking at JFusion just yesterday but one of the most recent comments is slightly disconcerting:
The description here on the Joomla site is very different from the developers site. Great extension but it does the opposite of it says it will do here.
...can't immediately find the text to cut/paste for info purposes
Hmm, just looking now and the most recent update, as of 6 days ago, supports "dual login" for, among other things, Magento.
Only downside is that the component is J1.5 only
Oh, and the bumpf says that JFusion is still alpha
@skepticalkevin: I'm curious, defintely but am a world away from having a J1.5 that I can run it on - my main site is still firmly in 1.0.x territory; too many components to make sure are 1.5 available to upgrade just yet :(
I suspect a lot of people might be in the same boat
