I want to put on each icon an external link to a page that is'nt in my web site...
when I'm putting a link he open for me it that way (I'm working on loacalhost)
localhost/the name of my site/www.the-link-that-inserted.com

Are you entering the full link?
This is a hostname: www.example.com
This is a full URL (link): http://www.example.com
If you use the full URL, it should work :)
