500 Internal Server Error in Joomla 2.5.6

Hello

In my local installation Ninja RSS Syndicator works fine, but when I put the site online I got a 500 Internal Server Error.

I try several configurations but any one make the link works.

Can I get some tips to try resolve it?

The site is "http://www.urbisegur.com/" in the footer there is a link (Subscripción RSS) to the Ninja RSS feed.

Hi Ismael2,

This looks like an SEF problem.

Is there a chance you have installed a SEF/SEO extention?
If so, try to exclude Ninja RSS from that extention.
Usually this is optional in the settings of this kind of extentions

Otherwise try to disable Joomla's default SEF/SEO settings.
Or at least disable the HTML suffix within the Global Config settings.

See if this helps to solve the error 500.

Thanks for the quick response.

I don't use any SEF extension.

Although I can't disable Core SEF only for this problem I test it and does not work.

I think may be a conflict with FieldAttach because it insert code (via plugins) in content. I am going to test it.

Furthermore, ¿may be some htaccess trick for trying?

Ok, thanks for your feedback.

In case of experiencing conflicts it's better to disable extensions until one starts working.
It's a bit of a "eliminating" way to narrow down possible conflicts as much as possible.

I would not touch the htaccess as long conflicts are caused by extensions.

It could be possible that FieldsAttach adds tags/content to an article which could cause an invalid RSS feed.
But then again, it should give an invalid feed page instead of a error 500 page.
I'm not sure where this is coming from.

What you can do is to temporary disable FieldsAttach and see if Ninja RSS starts to work.
