Lightbox Picture opening in new window

Hi All

I would be very grateful if somebody could help me. I am currently building a website on Joomla 2.5.3. I have uploaded the Ninja Shadow Box. What i am trying to achieve is a simple way for me to put thumbnails into an article and for the user to click on the image and for it to produce an enlarge pop up image. Lightbox.

I have added the following code to the html in the articles:

The larger images are showing but are opening in a new window - not the nice lightbox.

I have a feeling it is something to do with the set up. The website is www.officesafety.co.nz.

At the bottom of this page you will see a couple of images of bollards that have the lightbox attached to them: http://www.officesafety.co.nz/index.php/fixed-bollards
I have set the module up to position left - which is a useable position in my template.

Any help would be really really appreciated.

Hi Ruth,

Apologies for the delay.

I'm sorry to say but Ninja Shadowbox isn't compatible with Joomla 2.5.x. As it shows only the Joomla 1.5 tag on it's download page.
Unfortunately, further development on Ninja Shadowbox has stopped because of policy reasons.

You can find many other extensions on Joomla Extensions Directory which can do the very same thing.
