Can I remove the standard topic icons so the forum only displays the custom icons I have added?

Can I select which icon is "standard?" currently it is the blank white document if a user does not select another. Can I change that?

Hi VirtualAlex,

You can remove or replace the standard topic icons with your custom icons.
The folder is here:

/media/com_ninjaboard/images/topic/

Make sure that your custom icons have the same name (prefix) and extension (png) as the original ones.
To make your custom icon the default, you have to name it:

32__default.png

(note: after 32, there are two underscores!)

I hope this helps to achieve what you want.
Let us know how you are doing.

Kind regards,
John

That folder appears empty using filezilla. The only icons I see in it are the ones I added, however no other icons are there to replace or rename.

Hi,

I'm pretty sure they are in

/media/com_ninjaboard/images/topic/

You might be confusing this with

/images/com_ninjaboard/topic/

The first path is where the standard images are for Ninjaboard.
The second path is indeed the folder for putting custom images to add to Ninjaboard.

To make only use of custom images, you have to replace the standard images of Ninjaboard within the first path.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
John
