Dear Developper,

thank you for your plugin, but it broked my template (Panacea - Rocketheme)
and messed up all my images from SIGE.

I uninstalled it but I still have a blank position, a blank bar under the copyright position which I can not get rid of anymore and it s quite ugly now...

I was used to the rokclicky plugin, working very fine. But your extension is a module an d messed up my template and other extensions... I would like to continue using getclicky, but how...?

Is there any solution to my problem you could provide...?
And how to restore my template (taking out the blank space under the copyright-position)...?

Thank you for fast reply.

It was my last step, adding getclicky, to the site before finishing and handing out...but now everything get messed up. So I am quite in a hurry.

I would be very thankfull if you could help me out asap.

Best regards

Hi Hanin,

Apologies for the delay!

I'm sorry to hear you are having serious troubles with Ninja Clicky.
But I have to say that Ninja Clicky is just a very simple and small extension that will probably not cause this much trouble or brake an entire page (site).
Nonetheless it is very frustrating when this happens though.

I was trying to discover what was going on by visiting the link you've provided but couldn't see the issue you mentioned.

Is there any chance that you already solved it?

Please let us know.

Kind regards,

Thank you for your reply.

At the bottom of my page you see white border wich appeared after the ninjaclicky istallation. Actually I can not get rid of it anymore...

It is just a small white line, but...if you could help me out I would be very thankfull.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Hanin,

Ahh...I just saw what you mean.
I still have no clue where it's coming from.
I've compared your template with the original one at RT and the blank space indeed doesn't belong there.

Please can you send me a Super Admin login so I can try to fix it for you.

You can send the credentials to john at ninjaforge dot com.

Kind regards,

Hi Hanin,

Thanks for your trust with providing me super admin access to your site.

I was able to find out what the problem is.
The tiny white space is somehow caused by your template. Not by Ninja Clicky.

I wasn't able to modify the CSS online so you have to try it by yourself.
It's not that big deal.

Always backup the original file first
Open up mycustomstyle.css lokated in:

(you can use the online editor provided by your host's file manager or other available file managers for Joomla or download the file with your FTP Client > edit with css editor or text editor > and upload the changed file)

Arround line 156 look for the .cbox selector.

.boxc {
clear: both;
color: #FFFFFF;
display: block;
margin-bottom: -36px;
padding: 5px 8px;
text-transform: none;

Change the padding to zero:

.boxc {
clear: both;
color: #FFFFFF;
display: block;
margin-bottom: -36px;
padding: 0px 0px;
text-transform: none;

Save changes (and upload file if needed) and refresh your browser.

This should do the trick.
Let us know how it goes.

Kind regards,

Thank you very much,

oh, I feel a litlebit ashamed that i did not see where the problem came from...

Anyway, thank you for your fast support!

Do you have any idea how I could youse SIGE and ninja clicky at the same time...?

Hi Hanin,

No problem, no need to be ashamed it was not that easy to see.

Great to see it's fine now. Good job!

Ninja Clicky should install fine and doesn't brake anything because it's a small piece of code.
Doesn't make use either of heavy scripting or such, just only a tiny one for funcionality.
But you can switch that off. You might want to try that. It just works without javascript.
It also picks up a small script from the Clicky Server for visitor registration purposes.

I don't know, just try to experiment with it.
If things are going bad then you can always rely on us, if Ninja Clicky is the issue.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Hi geepee,
I removed your post because I assumed it was spam. Sorry about that.

I thought it was spam because you complained about Ninja Clicky, a Joomla extension, but your website is a Wordpress one.

Joomla and Wordpress are completely different and extensions of one of them don't work in the other, just like spare parts for a Toyota Landcruiser won't work in a Hyundai Accent.

Ninja Clicky will not have any effect on your Wordpress site. It is not installed on your Wordpress. There is no way for it to be installed on your Wordpress site, because it is not made for Wordpress.

If you want to use GetClicky with your Wordpress website, use this one

Hi all, I'm hoping some of you may be able to help me with a problem I'm having.

I've managed to install the plug in but the component folder is throwing up this error when trying to install

Fatal error: Call to a member function loadByOption() on a non-object in /MYFOLDERS/components/com_ninjarsstocontent/helpers/installhelper.php on line 81
