Ninja Clicky module not working my Joomla 1.6.1 site

I use Joomla 1.6.1. and Ninja Clicky 2.0.0

Install = OK
Step 1 = OK
Step 2 = OK
Step 3 = OK
Step 4 = OK
Step 5 = Not work the Module. I click the "Ninja Clicky" in the Module manager

but... See the attached file

The "Ninja Clicky" module loading is stop.
