Latest update broke testimonial list

I just updated Ninjamonials on one of my client's sites and the view all testimonials page is now broken. Can someone help me with this? You can see the issue here:

Let me know if you need ftp or super admin access and I can give it to you.

Hi dti,

All fixed.

There were some new parameters added since the last time you updated, and you just had to go into the settings screen and save it once.
