I understand. Thank you. I'm trying to figure out a way to get a joomla website up and there isn't seem to be a quick solution. I don't have to use that template. I was trying to find the template from Ninjaforge but not sure where to look.

Hi Emily,
We don't have any templates at NinjaForge at the present time. We started a theme club at NinjaTheme but then stopped producing themes there a year ago after only three themes.
NinjaTheme will be shut down and the themes at NinjaTheme will be brought over to NinjaForge in the next two months when we start producing themes here. However, they will be available to Diamond members only

Hi Emily,
Our tutorials are rather outdated and I wouldn't recommend upgrading for the tutorials.
If you wait a month though, Diamond members will get templates, so that will be a good time to upgrade.

Thanks for the heads up. But I need to get this website up asap. I think the Diamond status will help me to get the support I need for the JA Purity template I'm using. Or do you have a better suggestion?

Ok, if you get Diamond membership, I'll provide as much help with JA Purity as you need... or send you the Lexiconia template if you want it.
To get Diamond, log in first, then via the main menu, go to Dashboard > Account.
In the membership plans table, click on UPGRADE at teh bottom of the Diamond column.

When I go to upgrade, it wants to charge me the full $100. But can I apply the amount I'd paid for Gold and pay the difference?

You can indeed do that. Please send the difference between Gold and Diamond to paypal@ninjaforge.com and then when you have done that, send your paypal receipt to support@ninjaforge.com so I can upgrade your account manually.
